Our Process:

At Handle with Care we design one-of-a-kind custom invitations for your special event. Here are the steps we follow to ensure that you are totally satisfied and excited about your invitation design.

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION: We hava an initial consultation with you to brainstorm possible ideas for your invitation including color palettes, themes, illustration style etc.

2. DESIGN CONCEPTS: We then go back to our studio and design three different invitation solutions for you. We present these conepts to you and get your feedback. From these concept designs you select one design direction to move forward with.

3. REFINEMENT: We then make all the final refinements to your invitation concept and apply the design to all the pieces, reply card, envelopes etc.

4. PRE-PRESS: Once the invitation design is complete, we will have you sign off on all of the language and prepare the files for printing.

5. PRINTING OVERSIGHT: We work with our lettrpress vendors and oversee your design printing to make sure it is just right!

We recommend allowing 4 weeks for the design and printing process. Although we can accomadate Rush orders as well.
